When you email admin@c3continuity.com, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to process any purchase. We retain email correspondence for up to three years.
Purchases are processed through Payhip. C³ Continuity Limited receives confirmation of the purchase and your email address for licence administration purposes. We do not receive or store payment card details. The transaction is subject to Payhip's own privacy policy and terms.
This website does not use analytics tracking or third-party scripts that collect visitor data. We do not use cookies on this website; purchases are processed on Payhip’s checkout, where Payhip’s own cookie practices apply. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — when your browser loads the site, it makes a request to Google’s servers which may include your IP address. No personal data beyond font requests is collected simply by visiting this website. For details of how Google handles this data, see Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
C³ Continuity Limited does not receive, process, or store any assessment data collected by licensees through use of the C³ products. Assessment data remains entirely within the licensee's organisation. See the End-User Licence Agreement for the obligations this places on licensees.
Where you give explicit consent at the point of purchase, we may contact you with information about the C³ volunteer programme — an opportunity to trial the framework and contribute to its development. We will only use your email address for this purpose if you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@c3continuity.com, and we will remove you within 5 business days.
